Tasks and responsibilities

As a support representative within a growing company, there are opportunities. You can contribute to shaping the way Tactics approaches support. We aim to evolve into a 'best service' company, where support plays a vital role. Beyond your tasks, you also serve as a bridge to the rest of the company, informing management about customer feedback and collaborating with developers. In essence, it's much more than just support.

What are your tasks?

• Providing functional and technical support via an online ticketing system
• Maintaining a knowledge database
• Testing our product
• Guiding installations for new customers
• Providing training

What are we looking for?

Do you recognize yourself in the following statements?

• Communicative: I'm not afraid to pick up the phone and have a chat with the user.
• Helpful: Helping someone out really gives me satisfaction!
• Patient: Even when you've explained it 10 times already, you remain calm and continue explaining.
• Tech savvy: I navigate applications, web, and mobile easily.
• SQL is a plus: I have basic SQL knowledge.
